Welcome! Boonville, MO here
Awesome! Doesnt seem like there are that many people around here on the duramaxforums
At times it doesn't seem like many then other times there's a lot of people I don't know about that come out of the wood work..there's a Missouri Diesel Organization on FB that has stuff that goes on but I don't participate because it seems to only be like high schoolers and drama
Where were you when I did my injectors!!!! The only thing I have to do currently is my down pipe but I have heard the LB7 down pipes are less than fun to change out. Other than that, I have just been fixing rust little by little. Luckily I have very little body rust. I live in Blue Springs, MO if anything is ever going on in the area!
Need any turbo work he's the guy!Where were you when I did my injectors!!!! The only thing I have to do currently is my down pipe but I have heard the LB7 down pipes are less than fun to change out. Haha, I've lived in Louisburg for almost 2 years now!!!
If you're just doing the downpipe I don't think it's worth the work just for that.
I believe theres a pickup pull and dyno event in here in Louisburg next Saturday, April 4th.
If you want to tackle that downpipe or need any help let me know. I've removed my downpipe, turbo, up pipes so many times I've gotten good at it!! :roflmao::roflmao:

Welcome. I'm from Kansas City too. I'm currently in Warrensburg for school. I see you have Smokin Diesel filter head. Josh is a nice guy, he just did my injectors.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Thats why the downpipe has been sitting on a shelf in my garage since I bought it. I only bought it because it was an MBRP for $70. The guy bought a bigger turbo and never put it on.
Yeah Josh is the man. I actually live 2 minutes down AA highway from their shop. They do top notch work for a very reasonable rate.
That's where I got my truck tuned! The lift pump is a good idea for sure. Also I would not use the power of the higher tunes in 4th and 5th gear. I limped my transmission twice before I learned my lesson. Now I just need to save money for them to build my transmission
You limped it in the 80hp 4th tune?
I think it was 5th gear both times. Also once was on the 4th tune and the other time was on the 5th tune. Just curious, I never asked them about the actual HP/torque gains for each tune. Did they tell you that? I am interested in knowing what they are. I inspected my trans fluid afterwards and it doesnt look burnt at all. I know that it had to have cause some damage but the gear still holds just fine even under moderate torque so im not too worried about it.
Welcome, I live in Odessa, MO just down the road from you!
