Question: name this garrett turbo

A local guy has this listed and has no idea what it is and nore do i but for 250 cad i might take a chance.I do know it's a t4 1.32ar,I also know it's pretty hard being able to tell what it is by a photo but I might get lucky and someone has something similar before i pursue it.Thanks

Almost looks like the ones they used on the IDI 7.3 turbo kits back in the day.

Or off an intermediate truck with the 8.3 or the dt466 or cat 3116/3126/3176. It may be such old tech that it has virtually no power potential compared to today's sh%t. What are you thinking of using it for?
