Mystery Torque Defuel

Killerbee

Got Honey?
Can anyone think of what this non-shift related torque defuel is?

Scratching my head.

LLY stock tranny, (and struggling at this level). :)

Sorry, my internet is acting up. Stormy weather and satellite internet makes me a pain in the ass.

Well, boost and rpm dont change, but TCVDES% (what is that?) goes up instead of down during the event.

What does that mean? Heck, I dont know...

Hey Moose, that isn't a shift. Look at the RPM, it is still climbing, and the MPH is no where near high enough for a 4-5 shift.

i've created 3 different pid files for logging, they all have the required 6 parameters Ross wanted, plus several different diesel test pids that Ross created for testing the fueling problems, I dont know if they will give the best results for some help, but I dont mind emailing the files to anybody that wants them.

The truck is in 4th upon the WOT. 4th slip condition. The 4th lockup event is impending.

On closer look, the log appears to show a defuel for a scheduled 4th gear lockup event. What I think is happening is the lockup event is abandoned, but the defuel remains as scheduled. IOW, it seems to be bad timing for going WOT.

As soon as I unload, there is 2 quick shift events with associated torque defuels. 4th lockup, quickly followed by 5th.
