So, the last two times I have driven during a storm(or the dirive cycle follow a rainy drive) it will act like it's running out of fuel. No power, sputtering, knocking, and loads of white smoke.

This last time it actually died. It would kinda restart chugging along and more knocking for a few seconds and them die again. Huge cloud of white smoke. After doing this a few times it finally throws a P0090 and a P0193, I had my old Quadzilla behind the seat. Hmmm..

Next time I tried to restart it, it stumbled to life. I gave it a few revs, running cleaner with each. Then it seems to idle and rev fine. Weird. I continue down the road and it will randomly have a fuel knock. Running fine other wise.

WTF?

Sounds like your electrics not liking the moisture. If so, you may need to check all the major connectors. Best start with the biggest ones connecting the ECM. I believe you can buy a can of electrical spray cleaner and then you can spray it down with a that will protect the connectors against moisture. Good luck.

Ugh.. Did it again this morning. No rain today tho. Didn't have the Laptop on me again..

The last two times it has happened within a mile of leaving the house.

Pull the intake and checked the wires on both the regulator and pressure sender. All seemed well.

A log would be great...but it won't do it all the time.

It did it once, probably six months ago, and didn't do it again until last week. Didn't do it all weekend, but it did yesterday.

Today I was logging every second the truck was running, and of course, it ran great all day.

Guess we'll see what tomorrow brings.

It hasn't done it in quite some time. It never actually died on my again, but did act like it was running out of fuel or big pressure drop a few times after.

just a thought, but try disconnecting the main bail connectors, the FICM connector, maybe the ECM and TCM connectors, spray them out real good with electrical parts cleaner and then some low pressure shop air. check the pins to be sure none of them are bent or excessively recessed (pushed back into the connector body) and then give them all a healthy coat of dielectric grease and plug them all back together. I would pay close attention to the ECM, as those connectors sit not too far from the fender liner, could be as simple as getting a lil fine mist up into the connector, that combined with a poor connection to begin with could be enough to cause issues.

Now that I'm about to curse myself.....

This post is over a year old and haven't had any issues since shortly after the OG post, and at the time I had done most of what you listed.
