My son was kicked off the track

Yep! He run his JR Dragster for the 2nd time and went to fast. He run a 8.500 at 77 mph and was told he can't run that fast for his age. I need to add weight or change gearing to slow it down to 8.90. I just thought it was a trip that he was tossed on his second race ever and it took me years to do that! He is a speed junkie, that's for sure. It is amazing what a 5hp briggs can make. Jeff

i used to run jr's lol i was just turning 13 i ran like a 760 and they kicked me off right away cause the fastest u could go was 790 we got a chuckle out of it but we put a shit load of wait in it to slow it down. was fun while i could fit in it.

Sweeeetttt!!! Have some friends into that... Always wanted to put sled motor on one and see what it would do, since we are into snowmobiles alot around here. But like what happened to you they told us we wouldn't be able to run it at the track. I said "it would be no different than a big car?" But they thought we were going to put the kid in the rail but we already figured that would be alittle too much for the kid...lol... Hell I wanted to drive!!:thumb:
