Standby for the Fleece nutswingers to pipe in about how they always get great service.

Don't care either way but because some people have had a bad experience that doesn't mean everybody has & that doesn't make them "nutswingers". Bad customer service sucks, however all companies have it at some point. By that I mean you can't please everybody. I am a firm believer in 3 sides of every story. Whatever both of them need to figure it out until they are happy

Jeff there is nothing I can do to fix this situation. I'll agree it was/is a mess. When our AP person sent out the invoice she was just doing her job of assigning costs to invoices. I wasn't going to charge you the duties, but she didn't know about any of this ongoing saga.

If you want to try another tapshifter, I'll send a couple, that way we can figure out if it's your truck or me. I've tried to reproduce your downshift issue on my end to no avail. We tested another 100 boards on trucks with no issues here.

We dropped the ball here for sure, I can't say we didn't. You tell me what you want to do. If you're over it then that's fine.

I really don't know what to say...Its frustrating mostly because it's a really handy feature to help pull this truck down from speed (engine brake)...

I get the feeling it has to be a bad board or something only because it acts up more on rough roads/bumps. I've checked all the wiring for cuts/nicks/scrapes/etc and they all look good...

Its a crappy thing that in the age of technology (cell phones, emails, texts, fax) communication sucks between people sometimes. Bad communication on one side or both seems to always be the start of frustrations/problems. Vendors are abundantly clear on payment procedures and available to talk when it's time to collect your money. Consumers are entitled to and deserve vendors attention throughout the entire process. Delay? Fine just let me know and keep me posted, don't leave me in the dark. Shit happens to vendors too. Understandable. Just be honest and don't BS your customers. Not takin sides and sorry for the rant just my 02 on why shit goes south in business sometimes.

X2 I totly agree, this is the age of communicationi remember 20 years ago when you had a pager at best.To easy to get ahold of people now a days and if they dont return your call somethings up.....jus saying. Atleast Brandon was honest and said he had no excuss,he didnt try to make something up or throw shit at the op.

I was just informed today that they may have the fix. Fingers are crossed.

If it works, I will take everything back and praise them for stepping up to the plate.

Well so much for that...the saga continues...

I get an email from Paul two days ago asking me if the new unit works and when he's getting the old one back.

Paul, you mean the new one I never received?

That new one that after doing some tracking and tracing with FedEx shows a final destination a small town 800 miles away from me?

So I google the town & the word Duramax and find a user on another forum, so I give it a shot. Sure enough, the package is in his town, with his address on it, with my name on it. And of course, that post office/fed ex depot won't release to even him since it's got my name on it.

Whatever. I give up.

Brayden, Fleece, whomever, you guys are idiots.

How you've made it as far as you have in this industry absolutely blows my mind.

I know it looks bad but thet are trying, and i give them credit for not trying to push the blame off on something else and owning up to it, a wrong address on a package....... meh......you will get it and hopefully its right. If they blew you off and didnt mail it at all i would be pissed.

Good luck
