My new/old toy - Quadzilla

Found a new toy to play with.

Picked up a '87 Suzuki Quadzilla LT500R this weekend. So far I'm having a lot of fun with it. It has some work done to it... over-bored, piped, jetted, wheels, tires etc. I always liked my 250R, so when I got the chance at this one, I could not resist.

Got a few pictures in the dark after riding, before I got a chace to clean it up.

Nice man I loved mine when i had it. crazy fast nothing beats 500cc two stroke anyday. wild ride :thumb:

Thinking about some bigger tires as it has a serious traction problem. Can't wait to start doing some mods.

Good luck with that they will spin all day long no matter what u do I mean you could and it might help a little but they will spin regardless!

My dad had one things haul ass wish he still had it don't see.mean.of them.any more. Nor do u see a nice 250r I love 4 strokes but them 2 strokes r some good fun

I've always liked the 2 strokes. The violent power is just plain fun.

A friend bought a 525 Outlaw IRS & it runs good, with great power, but it is no where near the same power as the LT500 2 stroke. I want to run him with the 250 just to see how it does. The 500 put about 5 on him through 4th gear & in 5th I just walked away.
