Lighting makes a big difference on how dark it looks. I am sure your camper shell helps darken up the look like you stated.

Fun facts.. I bought this truck in February with 267k on it.
Since owning I’ve put 13k on it, averaged 13mpg overall, burned 1,000 gallons of diesel at an average of 2.80 a gallon.
So since February I’ve spent $2,800 on diesel fuel in this truck alone..
No wonder I’m poor
