More likely you have a bad battery or ground. I'd check just to be safe.

Ya I'm going to check them tonight. The only ground I messed with is the small gauge wire from the drivers side batter cable that goes to the core support. thats the location I grounded my fans to. i loaded tested the batteries and the passed. they arent the greatest batteries, but they did pass

I doubt its the batteries, because this issue is completely related to the fans. . if the fans never kick on, its never an issue. So I either dont have enough juice, or dont have a good enough ground for the fans (but like I said I used the same ground as the battery small wire)

Actually still dont have my alternator back either. The shop I took it too it claiming the parts they ordered dont fit. if they cant get it done today i might be back to just an 145 amp for the time being.

I have multiple trucks with electronic fans and the stock alternator, I think most of us have a stock one with our fans. I very much doubt that's your problem.
