Well, its finally out. I will post up some pics when I get home. Dont have them here.
It was fun and a learning expirence. The turbos are a Fleece 71.5mm Cheetah in the stock location and a S475 as the big one. Pretty basic install. The few problem areas were the stud sticking out of the firewall I didn't cut short enough the first time and the fact that I left off the ground wire to the duel fueller. Kinda funny to watch Larry jewell pucker when we first started it and had bad fuel knock at idle:D. I want to publically thank Nathan for building a simple kit and Rob for telling me what to look for on the wire I left off. Will post more, parts just showed up for my day job:mad:

Just curious, but why not go with the S480 since the small turbo is that much bigger??
wasn't sure how the cheetah would react with twins, so we are starting out small. I will probably ditch the cheetah at some point and go bigger on both ends :D

Cool, let us know what ya think. Do you have any other twin truck to compare to? It would be fun to see what the difference is.

Yea, twins are being built for the stroker truck, but thats probably not a fair comparison..........the small turbo on that truck will be bigger than my big turbo

Also need to thank Trent, you were a great help as always. Maybe one of these days I will see you and that truck at a race in Texas. Thanks again, and not just for the help on the twins but for helping me with the few others I have called you one.:thumb:

looks good larry, I was waiting for when everyone would find out... :D

How come you went with an S475? Is that a race cover or something for the S475??? I thought they were all v-band outlets. How does it sound? Does the cheetah work well with it? What sort of drive pressures and stuff are you seeing?

i'm not sure if its a race cover or just a polished cover, this is the new kit Nathan advertised the first of the year, I ordered it and had it about a week later. It seems to work well with the cheetah, it quietned up the cheetah significantly, but when the big turbo spools it sounds pretty cool. So far my drive pressure gauge pretty much follows the boost gauge, maybe a little spike on initial acceleration but it quickly comes down. The only time i've really gotten into the throttle I popped the intake out of the Y Bridge and about $*%t my pants, had to drive roughly 20 miles with no boost cause I couldn't find the leak. Just partiall throttle chirps the tires on the big tune though and i've had the back end pretty squirlly several times ( part throttle ). I hardly have any smoke with the race tune, and the street tune has zero smoke .................I really miss the cheetah's old sound, but I think the new sound will keep growing on me

I got Levi's turbo blankets on both turbo's and the hotpipe, and I have header blankets on as well. I kept the Ram air tube off my Banks CAI and have it pushing air to the air filter, I still have some concern over high IAT's, i'm seeing 150* with the outside temps in the mid 70's, I can only imagine what will happen this summer. Need to look at fabbing up some kind of heat shield I guess.

Looks nice, curious to see how the 475 does with the 71mm cheetah, its only a 3-4mm difference between the two compressor wheels. From what I can tell its a Bullseye race cover.
