Like Rob said earlier the vibration is most likely something rubbing. Typically it is the inner fender liner against the air filter. Another possibility is the exhaust running over the torsion bar cross member when the motor is cold or torques over.

What do you mean by your engine mounts are non existent?

I found the problem, the pipe from the small turbo to the big one, there is a bolt that goes through the firewall from the heater box and it is hitting the pipe as soon as the engine cools off i'll take the pipe off and cut the bolt:thumb:

I cut the bolt and put it back together and wow what a difference I can't believe how much sound and vibration resonated through that small bolt. The truck is quiet and smooth and very very fast:thumb:

Great you found the source of the sound, it can get really annoying if you can't find it. As Rob and Nathan said, lots of time it's the air filter rubbing on the inner fender or the frame that holds the innercooler.
