Took the GF to watch it Friday night! What a great movie!!! All you zipper heads should go and see it:rofl:

I was going to take Pat on a date tonight to see it:eek: Was running a little late and the lines to get in the theater where too long for us to make it

Couldn't wait for the next showing cause would have run out of time to pick up the hamsters at 10 pm.

Well, instead of Gran Torino I hit the Pay-Per-View and watched a horror flick called "The Happening".

This movie will be remembered for decades. Only because they will use it in Acting Schools to demonstrate the fine art of bad acting. Not necessarily over-acting, just lousy.

They didn't even have enough gore to cover it over. Heck, we don't EXPECT talented acting in horror movies if you give us gore, but DAMN, kid's cartoons are scarier.

Basic premise - Folk start committing suicide en-masse due to some unknown condition. Then it stops. Voila. That's it. Mark Walberq should change his name and start over, because it was actually painful to watch him. He even tried some comedy in it to no avail. At least Jamie Lee Curtis could scream and look scared, Walberg just looked bored and pathetic.

The preview for this movie was several times better than the movie itself, and thankfully, shorter.

i could have told you that before you wasted your money. i went to see it the first day it was in the thearter and what a disapointment. the previews looked awesome but the movie just draged on and on with not even any gore other than the girl with the hair pin.... all in all a very bad movie and totaly not worth watching
