I recently pulled our camper about 300 miles with my 2014 and when I left there and started home the truck started missing and missed all the way home. The next day I cranked it and it ran fine. Now I don't want to take another trip because of this issue. Have checked codes and nothing that would have anything to do with missing showed up. Nee x help

I'd thoroughly look over the harness, particularly the high voltage injector lines for any chafing or rub throughs. Also inspect the connectors and the pins. I don't recall if there are any known trouble spots to look for on the LML but others will chime in if there is any

Do you have a scanner that can read MAF, EGR, fuel pressure, etc?

Thanks for the reply. This is my first duramax so I know very little about them. I have a foxwell .scanner that I purchased. I checked the codes on it after I got back home. It showed 2 codes a P0606 which I think is a knock sensor and the other is a P22FA bank 1 sensor 1 and it is for a nitrogen oxde sensor.

P0606 is an ECM fault. Might just clear it and see if it returns. If it does right away then ECM might have some issues. If you have any monitors, foolers, tuners, etc plugged in, remove them first and see if it is ok afterwards. If you get the engine running fine then I wouldn't worry about it. It really is only concerning if followed by other issues

Sometimes that code is from faulty wiring. Corrosion or a bad ground. Double check everything before considering replacing the ECM

For the nox sensor codes, you will need to run a reductant quality test with a by-directional scanner to clear it. Probably best to replace both sensors. Don't cheap out and get any from Amazon otherwise it may never clear or won't last long and you'll be doing it all over again
