This is very exciting Steve. What is your ETA for this beast to be up and running and back on the street and making ricers feel shame at NED?

Chris is supposed to be getting the rotating assembly back from the balancer tomorrow or Friday. Which means I should have the truck back by the end of next week. Going to run an old tow tune from Trent designed for the 40 overs I originally bought. After a couple weeks of break in its going to Tony to get some Moonshine!

I just had a delete tube from Profab feeding the stock Y bridge. I believe ProFab uses a modified stock Y bridge where the AllSeasons is all custom 3" aluminum. It is very impressive to say the least and should flow a ton of air.

hmm ok that makes sense, i was looking at the profab one a while back but thought that profabs would be better in case i had to get under the valve cover for anything. just out of curiosity, do you know if there is much difference between the lly and lbz/lmm intake runners? cuz i have a set of runners from an lmm and was going to put them on when i did head studs, but didnt know if it would make a difference and if i would then have to get an lbz bridge

Not sure on that to be honest. My understanding was that you needed the proper y bridge for the runners though.

so how is all seasons better than profabs? isnt the profab shorty a full 3" bridge as well?

Yes it is. The difference is that Rick uses a stock bridge and adds a divider and the 3" inlet. Tony's is 100% fabbed from scratch. Both are equally a bitch to install. I've done several of both. Russ (RPM Motorsports) and David from DTS have built the only easy to install custom 3" bridges that I have installed for lly and newer trucks.

Supposedly Tony Burkhard has flowed both runner designs back to back and has determined that the lb7/lly design flows better despite having less interior volume. I run lbz runners and have not noticed any adverse effects and in fact they do give more room to retreive lost items in the valley and work around a low-mounted turbo

I hate to say it but I succumbed to a bit of diesel rice today. I bought a 6" diameter 40" tall gloss black mitre stack. I'll probably hate it but need to find out for myself lol

How is that rice? It's a pretty common size
I know. As far as stacks go I think it will be fairly low key. Its just that everyone and their friend has a cummins with a stack around here. And I always used to tell people just because you have a stack doesn't mean your truck is fast. Now I have a stack and I'll probably hear it back from them.

I've had stacks/stack in my truck for over 6 years. The drone and noise in the cab is annoying as hell. If you like your truck clean its a nightmare. You will need to cover the thing every time it rains.

I don't plan on running it all the time. Will most likely run it for a week here and there in the summer when theres a car show or I'm headed to the track. Most of the time I like my tonneau cover.
