The blue tube is the Fuel feed rail , its 3/4" inside dia . and has 1 line going to each cp3 and will be fed by 3/4 " line that runs back to the pumps you can also see i put the fuel temp sensor in it also . The polished fuel rail is for the return lines , 2 ports for the head returns and 2 for the cp3 return lines and then a line that runs back to the tank . Basically those 2 rails consist of the entire fuel system , clean and simple !

Awesome! When do they go into production?

Simon and I messed around for hours trying to get the right fit and we started out initially with two of those anodized blue tubes. In the end, what Trent has is what we came up with that fit best on Abby. It turned out pretty good and is much nicer than that spaghetti mess of rubber hoses that we don't use half of.

I'm actually surprised it isn't all green as well!!

Looks deadly Trent:cool2:

I think a 45* would work better than the straight on the fuel return from the head that goes into the junction block:) OR maybe a 90* If you like I can throw one in the mail for you?

Also I see you had to 1up me with the braided going to the vally cp3...Very nice!!!

Looks like the kit worked out well:thumb: I really have grown to love the green

Thanks guys  We still have to see if it holds up before we know if its impressive after all it is a "buget" build , it does have some bling factor though ! got the rest of the fuel system plumbed today !

Did the CC test tonight , so far my best guess for the stock piston is 39-40 CC , had to measure a piston inside of a motor ( leveled/squared up ) so not super acurate but should be within 1-2 CC i think .

The bowl of my cut pistons measured in at 47-48 CC's so Johnboys math was pretty good  , some were off by -1 CC(47) but i am going to run with it . Thanks for the figure Josh on how to double check it i really apreciate it

Cam and crank are getting cut wednesday so should be re-assembling this weekend , a big load of freshley powder coated parts should be here end of week also :coolspot:

bump
what piston coating('s) did you ever go with?
