I want a bigger cam cause I plan on gettin an s475 so the valve release is if I go that route what pistons Do you guys think I'm placing order tonight. I just don't no if I'm gonna have the funds for it so Just in case I wanted them in there is it fine to run big single turbo on stock cam?

If you are going to run a big cam you should do it now. It is a lot of work to swap cams in these motors so if your going that rout do it now. If your not going to run a big cam don't run reliefs there is no point and it will just make your pistons more prone to crack.

Okay but is it fine to run a large single turbo on stock cam or should I put bigger one in?

If you're buying new pistons get the Mahle Performance cast. They're only a few hundred more than the stock LB7s and they are a better design. If you go with valve reliefs you dont have to worry about weakening the piston. They also come de-lipped and the bowl is domed to retain a decent compression ratio. A much better option than stock cut & coated IMO.

OKay rods pistons and springs all ordered picking up main studs this weekend just have um get stock cam keyed and hopefully have motor all together by next weekend!

I went with
carrillo rods
Mahle pistons without valve release (got a even better deal on them)
Hamilton valve springs
Arp main/head studs
Now just gotta find an s475!
