My point was that overall it was a sorry situation, and its really none of our business. He killed someone, then killed himself.
IMO, I really dont care what "circumstances" caused it and dont feel we have to debate the hows and whys. I'm not trying to be judgmental or anything, its just that some things really should be left alone.
You know I could take out "he killed someone, then killed himself" part and change it so the last part of the sentence read "it's really none of our business why the owners did it"
That's exactly how I and a few others felt about TDP crap but people around here couldn't seem to leave that alone either. This makes what... 2 threads on this subject? How much crap is their around here about the DP selling out and people being pissed and having no idea why they sold it, but not being able to just let it go and getting pissed when someone said to?
Maybe they were having money troubles too? Who knows and who cares, it's done.
How long did we, that didn't give a **** have to hear that stuff, and when we said something we heard "If you don't want to read about it, don't click on it dumbass."
Ari had friends around here, me included, and while I don't agree with what he did I have no idea why he would do it and I DO want to know more about it and maybe figure out why and try to understand.
If one of your long time friends killed someone would you just say, he killed someone, let it go no one needs to know or care why he did it. Or would you like to know why and try to find out what the circumstances were?
Who knows, maybe someone threatened his family and made him do it for some reason... maybe he just lost his mind and snapped... maybe god told him to do it... maybe he was abducted by aliens and they implanted a device in his brain and made him do it...
I don't care. Yes it's done and over with, but he was my friend and I'd still really like to know why it happened.
Don't take this as a bash as I'm not being judgmental either, just used the quote as a way to compare opinions.
