Hmmmmm.......
what is Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, is justin thinking about this too, haha?
Hmmmmm.......
thebac has ran a 12.40 with no drugs stock turbo .
only weight reduction was spare hitch tailgate and not sure if he pulled the rear seat but its a crew cab short bed . you would have to ask him specifics but i think his mods are trans, lift pump, exhaust , intake ? , efi but getting ready to do some more .
also depends on were your running , at my altitude i dont think you could push a stock turbo truck that far .
Fleece performance makes some pretty killer cheeta lb7 chargers. I think one of them has a 71mm compressor wheel
Talking about a Fleech cheeter turbo that costs $3000.00+ and isn't even cost effective to build, in a thread where someone is trying to mod a stock turbo themselves for free is plain retarded.
Pimp that crap someplace else :screwy:
well maybe ill hit 12.5, that would be insane. i have a ext cab long box so a little lighter to start them the crew short box. i think i can shed a few hundred pound taking some stuff off. ill send him a pm and as. also minnesota and north dakota elev is lower then utah so ya that does help.
i would get a base line run at the strip so you can really see what your hard work is worth . there really is no base line on these trucks some trucks just plane run faster with the same mods .

i dont know, but i dont think ecc 33 meant anything by it, just throwin it out there
Now your talking about machine work, machine work that not just every machine shop can do. Money is key...with money you can do anything you want. Before you get carried away, might as well just look at aftermarket kits.
i think i remember reading about a guy that can do that josh . seriously though i think polishing the inside of the housing will get you pretty good gains.
by the way brayden did not stop making lb7 turbo parts he still makes them upon request

You need to get to some good altitude to run at. I'd like to see how fast you'd go with better air.
