i know this was talked aobut before but starting a thread just for it. might pickup a used IHI tomorrow and see what i can do. im thinking about to start just talking the turbo apart and port and polishing some stuff up. polish the exhuast ports going into the turbine, compressor housing, and maybe more stuff here. just wondering what people have tried here on them. i understand this is not a everyone deal, jsut the few of use stupid enough to try and pus hthe IHI to it full potential but let me know. im probably going to be making twins latter using the IHI so the less restriction will help with that as well. let me know guys. later

from what i know nothing has been tried yet other than the horn mod so i think you are breaking new ground that others have talked about... i think that this will be a fun road to go down and cant wait for the ihi to come to its full potential

Fleece performance makes some pretty killer cheeta lb7 chargers. I think one of them has a 71mm compressor wheel:D

Talking about a Fleech cheeter turbo that costs $3000.00+ and isn't even cost effective to build, in a thread where someone is trying to mod a stock turbo themselves for free is plain retarded.

Pimp that crap someplace else :screwy:

brayden stopped making any lb7 stuff with the stock turbo. they make a gt3788r modded but then im looking at spending big bucks once again. also marks's gt3788r looks more promising then braydens for the LB7. i think i have a good idea on what im going to need to do.
