125k on mine and had it tuned with some sort of tune since 8k. I think they will last even running a 500hp tune if you do not romp it continually.
Hypertech on at 24k
EFI on at 30k
SC4 on at 32k (since then has been at 500hp or above)
S400 on at 60k
Got 86k on the clock and has been a DD since i bought it until this past week when I bought a hoopty
Now she's out to pasture
No major issues yet...Have replaced wheel bearings and an axle seal. Still running stock injectors.

167k on clock, Turbo at 165, EFI at around 145, Trans at 132. Injectors at 97k 28days before waranty exp date.
Edge 90hp juice at 30,000. SCIII and EFI at 115,000. Curretnly 132,000 on the clock.
Took it out of DD status last year. Now its only pulls the sand drag truck to the track, or it goes to the track.

Edge from like 800 miles on.
tranny built at 15,000 or so.
bigger turbo from like 23,000 or so.
blew up the first motor at 85,000
blew up the second motor at 100,042
currently, life is just perfect at almost 105,000

first one was a piston on the dyno and the second was a rod out the side of the block

74,000 miles (the next day) stole the Edge out of the farms 02 and put it on mine
75,000 miles(next week) I was tuning it with EFI Live

102,000 miles it got a big turbo
103,000 miles it bent a rod and here it sits.
around 20 hooks on it, a day at the dragstrip, and a lot of HARD HARD miles. IMO still running decent for how it is abused.

Dont forget yours likes to eat u-joints
and consequently allison rear tailhousings.

I built a motor using DURAMAX TUNER rods and they did not live up to their claims. At 15,000 miles (on the built motor, I built it myself) one of the rods broke and went out the side of the block. All of the other rods were bent as well. This was at 549rwhp.
