It's now through Dec 24 at autozone. If you look in their current holiday deals page it has a picture of Delvac and Valvoline Premium Blue, but the verbiage lists the Mobil 1 TDT 5W-40 for $12.99 as well. It's like 60% off or more.










If you live in Clarksville TN I'm sorry but all the local gallons are nice and cozy in a warm corner in the Magnus residence. I'm normally on the Schaeffer's bandwagon, but can't argue with that price.

I cleaned out my local store today, and FYI WAL MART will honor the price if you bring in a copy of the sales flier. My local store wasn't happy doing a refund and wanted to do a price match instead, but I had already bought 6 gallons at AUTOZONE.

Yep This morning I bought 6 jugs at autozone and then grabbed a flier. Took it to walmart and they matched it. Lady in customer service had to call a manager over cause the price was so cheap. Even manager said wow. Got 16 jugs.lol

Is there any issue switching to synthetic after running conventional for 115k miles? I was always told the seals will leak. Thanks fellas.

Why would the seals leak? Oils and fluids have seal swell additives to prevent it whether they're synthetic or not. There may or may not be a short term spike in wear metals the first time you make a radical shift in additive packages, but molybdenum has been by and large the norm for a while now so odds are good you won't experience any side effects other than easier cold cranking this winter :thumb:

Au contrair bonjour! Mobil delvac is $12.99 standard nationwide, but Mobil 1 TDT 5w-40 isn't $12.99 anywhere ever til now.

That's like comparing apples to genetically modified mutant delicious bananas.
