Hey subman.

Did you run a filter with your MITUSA? If you did, did you run the line back the fuel cooler and put a t fitting in?
Because that's what I did and the fitting didn't fit so I has to piece one together and I've still got a leak. I'll tighten down the fittings more and see if it goes away but I'm just curious what you did.

Also on the line that goes from the pump to the motor, I tied in to the stock line for simplicity, do you think that was a bad idea?

You have me a little confused here, yes we did and do run a filter with the MITUSA the very first setup ran a line back to the filler tube, that was not good the second mod was do to what you did, don't know why yours is leaking, you should be able to get the correct sized fittings. The latest mod is to just run the high pressure relief line back to the supply side of the Mitusa. I have not ran a MITUSA with anything but dual fuelers so I not exactly sure of your second question. I see WSUcowboy is viewing this thread and he just got finished installing his so maybe he can add something.

Now i'm confused haha

so you ran the return line back to where? I thought that the return line went to the fuel cooler where a t fitting goes in.

Sounds to me like he originally had the return run back to the filler neck. That didn't work very well, so he ran it to the return line near the fuel cooler, which I'm assuming somewhat fixed the issues he was having. Then the latest modification was to run the pump return back to the supply side of the pump.
