Mismatched Dual CP3 Setup

Has anyone run dual CP3s with two different CP3s, like a LB7 and LBZ CP3? Let's assume they both use LBZ regulators, but are otherwise stock.

Just thinking about it for a minute, I can't think of a problem as long as the regulators are matched. Thoughts? Experience?

I've been told as long as the regulators are the same that's all that matters. I could be wrong.

Regulators have to be matched, also pumps should be stock and not one modded and one stock.

They don't play nice...........

I would think the stronger (so able to hold higher PSI pump) would do all the work until it wasn't able to keep up and was pulled down to what the other pump was running
edit, not sure how the regs would work, I would think that since they are scaled differently they wouldn't play nice

I ran a Stock LLY and a stock LBZ CP3 in my dual fuelers. I was told there was a voltage differance IIRC on the Regulaters so I used a LLY Regulater on both pumps...

My pumps and regulators are very mismatched and with a lot of trial and error it runs fine. PID controls were our friend

Lb7/lbz pumps. Now run 2lbz's one with lly reg. no issues
