I am putting an AF cam and a balanced LB7 crank in my LMM should i have cam and crank keyed?????? if so why????????

yea the dowels are weak and known to sheer off.
On a positive note, as any of you guys that have looked at this thread can see, its taken me quite some time to get to this point on the build. Well its about to get a jump start!! I just got a new job as a mechanic in the operators union making a bunch more money!! Cant wait to get this thing done!!

I hear you on projects taking forever, mine has been down for over two years. I'm soo close to getting it running. Positive note though I'll have the title to it in abt 5 months though...

My build can start comfortably now, I just couldnt see paying on a truck that is potentially going to be sitting for the next several months.nice work guys:thumb:
lol, I'm in the opposite boat...
I just gave up the title and refinanced our truck for the engine build
It was paid off and it's been down since 2-18-14 but will be running again soon:angel:
unfortunately the bank will own it for the next couple of years, which is a scary thought when I consider what I've got into it and what they loaned me for it...:baby:
