out of curiosity, is this something that goes inside the trans? excuse my ignorance...don't know anything about this product and interested.
not bad you can do it with the trans in the truck maybe 1/2 - 1hr tops .
does this mean i am taking my valve body out again to do the install?

mike does it take away lube/pressure from the other clutches or passages due to the extra flow to the c-3?

i am interested in a c3 oiler too. how much do they run? and how much is his trans cooler? i know i want the oiler for sure but would like to know a bit more about his trans cooler before i decide its a MUST have
no the valve body does not have to come out , or even drop the pan .
it has 2 lines that hook up to the pressure test port ( right by the spin on ) and then the lines route on the outside of the tranny 1 to each side, and hook into hollow bango bolts that replace 2 of the exsisting PTO cover bolts . Mikes instructions are vey good .
Sounds almost too simple. I have to start thinking of upgrade trans very soon.
My trans is not liking me right now. Limped for the first time today on a interstate entrance ramp rolling into the throttle in 4th on lockup. Classic scenario I hear, but it freaked me out.
Mine has worked flawless for over a year now. I like to hotlap also. Goodbit of towing and not a problem. I couldn't see a drop in temps that I could tell anyway. You won't regret it
Ok, next question. Could this prolong a C3 clutch in a transmission that has limped once?
(Ask me why I am asking!) I don't have any idea with the clutch looks like right now, but I just limped on the 4-5 shift on a throttle roll entering the interstate today.
