so im in the middle of changing my injectors and all has went well so far. I knew that one of the valve cover bolts was rounded out and going to be a problem, i ended up having to weld an allen into it to remove it. I know i have heard some debate on extractor types and such, with my experience i was able to get an external extractor onto the bolt head, but couldn't get it to grab. my last ditch effort was going to be cutting the head of the bolt off and taking it out after the lower valve cover was off.

also for anyone looking into doing injectors, i highly recommend the Kent moore tool. i also have head debate on whether there is need for a tool, or just put on the supply line and pull. i opted to get the tool and feel it was well worth the 50$ i spent on the tool. i didn't have any cups pull either!! i will add link to the tool.

Nice trick on the weld! I used needle nose vise grips and tapped the handle with a hammer to break the thread lock loose. Worked pretty well. Looking back, the tool would have been nice. I only had one cup pull out, but some of the injectors were really stuck in there

Smack a torx head in there next time first before breaking out the heavy artillery.
