Hey fellas ive been having low oil pressure lately and i thought id change the oil and see if there was just fuel in the oil bc my injectors are shot. I was gonna start swapping my old worn out 40% injectors for some 65% S&S injectors but wanted to make sure everything was fine before installing them. I drained the oil out and saw a lil material on my magnetic drain plug. I then cut the oil filter open and found this. Bearing material??

Well exploders also don't make the power these do, have the internal weight we do slinging around and actually come with looser tolerances. Only reason I know is I had built a 4.0 ohv engine to desert race years back.

Still doesn't mean it won't lock up on you the next time your turn the key lmao :D

It actually used to run good, but since about 130k and the timing chain tensioners have gotten worn out, it's down there with the rest of the gutless turds, but I only average about 150 bucks a year in parts on the thing, it just drives.

When I changed out the factory intake for a dorman, it doesn't pull air quite as hard, but it's been paid for since 2009, it won't live long now that I'm driving it, hard to go from a big tune truck to a 150 hp rooter.

They really ain't hard to work on (well in a crown Vic and full size truck). I worked on shit ton of them when I was at DPS since every cop car had one. I only put one motor in a car over 5 years and serviced all of northern Arizona. They liked to eat spark plugs every 30k but Jesus they were gutless. Took about 1.5 miles to go from 70 to 130 (max speed limit in a DPS crown Vic)

Went in for a simple root canal today and came home with two teeth yanked out. My week is goin down the shitter. Looks like truck is gonna have to wait until next weekend.

He got super butt hurt after he bashed Russ at RPM. He had personal issues that seemed to skew his decision making processes. I personally thought he was nice, harmless (until he attacked Russ) and quite entertaining...
