Yeah I left the adapter for my timing wheel on the front of the crank. So I didn't have the gear pressed on the crankshaft all the way, because that was in the way lol
I should have not deleted my thread writings then! Here are the pics I took. And first thought was the should of the oil pump bolt was machined too deep. The gear would not bottom out with out interfering with the tone wheel for the crankshaft sensor. Also was giving only partial engagement of the oil pump drive gear of the crankshaft. I took a pic of the difference in depth of the factory vs melling shoulder as that was my first thought.

The fix. Make sure your gear is pressed on all the way lol
