MDE's new 14 hole nozzle

Here a video of the spray pattern of my new 14 hole 100% over (yes 100% over). This nozzle is used in Lynn Godfellars Bonneville vehicle which we will reach a new speed record this August on the Salt Flats.

when you say 100% over is that 100% at each hole over a factory or is it because of the extra holes, or combined?

also in the first part of the vid, you spray at the beat of the music lol

ok, Bosch number is 0.851 l/min with the stock nozzles (bosch number is the flow by a certain pressure and temperature), this 14 holes are 100% over stock that means the Bosch number is by 1.702 l/min +/- 0.001 l/min by the V8 (LLY).

Do you think the life of the tip will be shortened at all going with more holes?

I designed them, so I have the close the same crack area as by mine 10 holes nozzle also as the stock nozzle. Thise nozzle has a 2 banks and 2 different kind of diameter also different spray angles for early injection ==> high tech nozzles

i have been wanting to cut some of the 157* cone spray for almost a year..


my unedimicated opinioon i think it will extend piston life.

I got already a few prototypes for the LLY 12 holes 49% over, but not sure anymore. If somebody is interested in it, I give it away pretty cheap

I think I could even try 21 holes with 3 banks, 3 different spray angles, but with really small holes added like 0.09 ~ 0.1 mm, to reach 100% more flow
