I just had my gamma nail pulled out of my femur. Not fun. Hope everything went well!

That was the smart thing to do. I had mine removed also a year after the originally surgery. That rod is why we are seeing this particular ortho. Our normal one didn't want to do the hip replacement with that rod.

Oh, I'm not done yet. lol I got mine replaced with a 95 degree blade plate. When my bone is done healing though, it'll be coming out for sure!!!!

Glad he's not feeling any pain! My first few hours out of surgery were the most painful, but I have almost no pain now, 3 weeks out!
