I've never seen Pat NOT in a Hawaiian shirt.... and to think, my gf won't let me look at one, let alone wear one. That's ok, if Carhartt starts making them, i'll own a couple:rofl:

That's a cool gift, be fun as hell too.

The Ferrari 430 was precise, easy, and fun, but the engine was pipey, and it would bog coming out of corners.

The Lambo? If the 430 was .22 target pistol, the Lambo was a Mac 10 on full auto. Stomp on it, and it will swap ends in a heartbeat, instant power everywhere. Not as precise, but good enough to control the power. Much more fun. :woott:

It's the most fun I've had in years with a helmet on.

Thats a known fact about Pat and his Hawaiian shirts. :roflmao: Never seen a pic of him NOT wearing one.

Hey Kat, heres an idea for a gift....find Pat a "Hawaiian shirt" pattern racing jacket. That would be hilarious and functional.

When I run off course in the Lambo, it's a I-Meant-To-Do-That! :D

Seriously, if you know you are going to go into the gravel, you go straight, slow down, get back on course.

Honest! :roflmao:

I can't tell from your helmet cam, but I think what you might have been experiencing in the Ferrari is the traction control, not a lack of power. The F430 is less intrusive than the 458 but still there if you are trying to do something it doesn't agree with. This is based on my expert opinion  of around 30 laps in Ferraris at Exotics Racing.

Glad you had fun. Get a Ferrari out on a bigger track and it is way more fun than a Lambo in my opinion. Now on a big big track the Lambo might be even better.
