If I remember right he is more of the inspection part of it all not the Testing of metals like not NDT stuff.
We just measure shit. We don't test it.

Pratt and Whitney finally gave us an answer. We were afraid they were going to give us a bs answer and throw the cost back on us. They ended up covering it.
Yes we bought a 2011 piper meridian And we have been using it regularly. We got it in April and have put around 120 hrs on it since then.
