I am sick and tired of pulling up to a McDonalds drive through to place an order and have to listen to " can I interest you in a Big Mack combo tonight?" If you'll be patient I'll tell you what I want. Next time I think I'll tell the attendant "Well I wanted a milk shake but if the big mack is what you want me to have then I guess thats what I'll take". Am I being an ass? I'm always polite to people working in places like this because I know there trained to do this but it is aggrivating.

I just talk over them. Just pull up and start screaming over the truck before you even shut it off.

They do that shit everywhere. Just like dunkin donuts the other the day I pull up to the speaker and the broad on the inside goes as far as telling me her name! I'm like WTF do I need to know her name for? Perhaps I guess incase I'm half way to my destination take a sip off my coffee realize they put to much cream on it I know who to bitch about.

Or maybe next time I go there I can announce don't let Jessica make my coffee she phucked it up last time!

I don't like Mc donalds. If I'm going there, I'm likely very hungry with no other options, so I'm in a bad mood as it is.

But to be honist, the extra 15 second offer for what they are not selling enough of isn't going to kill me so I just let them talk. That is the company telling them to say it, not the person taking your order... And as much I don't like Mc donalds, I don't like lugy flavored food more.

I just ask for a bag of food and drink that costs about 7 bucks and drive around to the window. Sometimes they just give me a bag and a drink, other times it over loads their mind.

The Timmy's near my shop did this to me for a bit well always the up sell crap. I told them if they did not stop it I will just park in the drive-through everyday till the cops show up as all I want is my XL coffee not a a donut or flavor shot. It is 5:30 am just give me the ****in coffee.

Now that Tim's no longer tries to up sell anyone.

That's very true & it reminds me of why, 9 out of 10 times, I park and go inside.

They can't hear me & I can't hear them. Turn off the truck & it's not much better.

Start talking loud and slow and then, halfway thru . . . I leave.
