Thank you.

I wrenched hard all night trying to get the triple pumps working, but when I covered the engine/shop in fuel at midnight, I bagged the idea of racing the next morning. Well 10 minutes from the shop, I get the idea to get a couple hours of sleep and put it all back the way we've been running it during the year.

I ran in the pro division against the gassers. National event with 180 cars just in the pro class. I've never bracket raced this truck and never even had it on a sportsman tree, so wasn't expecting much. Still the same weight it's always been 6100lbs.

I got one time trial and blew the tires off, went sideways touching the centerline, let out, straightened it out and got back in it, and still passed a dragster before the stripe. MPH on that pass was 140.39, but cut a .011 light. Possibilities.....

Ended up going three rounds. The 9.801 pass was a pretty soft launch without tire spin and the truck layed over on the big end because of dropping rail pressure. Still room for improvement, but I'm happy to end the racing season on a good note.

Not sure what boost the truck is making now, maxes out the 100psi gauge:D

The duraflite tranny performed flawlessly all season. I never once touched it, except swapping a couple converters. 70+ passes in the 9's and 10's. Money well spent in my book. I think there will be an allison tranny truck in the 9's, and truly hope so, but I'm really in awe at the abuse this tranny has taken.
