I am having max fuel pressure continuously my full rail pressure is 23,000PSI Exergy 60 over Injectors, Sportsman Pump and LBZ FPR all newer less than 4,000 miles. Fixed a power wire to my MAF and started getting P0089, 0090 and 00103 immediately afterwards. I have followed ALLdata to find continuity to FPR is good. Starting to think my ECM has gone bad. Any input is appreciated I have tunes by ATP EFI Live Edge CTS

Check the wiring to the pressure sensor

Does it make loud knocking/diesel sound or does it sound pritty normal when idling?

I think you need a reflash for a lower voltage for the lbz fpr. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Yes truck was tuned for this set up and ran fine no issues 4,000 miles or so no changes to injection system. Thanks

Set at what pressure? If it's too high it will do that. Try unplugging it

Old thread, I know, but did you ever figure anything out on this truck? We have a 2004 in right now that is hanging out at 22-23kpsi rail pressure at idle. Previous shop replaced the regulator and fuel pressure sensor. Both new from bosch. Truck does have an Airdog and the pressure was way too high. Thought we found the problem. Adjusted pressure to 8-9 psi at idle and not a thing changed. Even tried unhooking the Airdog with no luck. New ECM was tried and wiring checked out good. We also created an isolated CP3 return into a jug to make sure there is not an issue with the return side.
