Manley Dmax Rods

There has been at least one major rod mfr who didn't get the Dmax rods right. Not DuramaxTuner, a real rod maker. They bent the beam significantly when big power was applied.

Competition is good. Hope these are tough rods.

The ones pictured in the other website had too small of a small end, too small of beam, and too small of fillet radii. That probably would not work in a diesel, look like high RPM NA pieces.

They should have atleast put a real pic of the rods lol. They were around that price though. Saving $400ish dollars on a mild build is a big chunk if your only wanting a mild build (cut stock pistons, gaskets, studs, bearings, key cam/crank). Less then $4k in the build after balance.

Russ, what do these rods weigh compared to stock? More or less than Crowers and Carrillos? Also, has Manley published what material these are made out of?
