LMM: MAF Sensor Code P0101

I have a 2008 LMM with 70k miles on it. I am having an issue with my MAF sensor throwing a code after idling for 10-15 minutes. The output on the sensor is saying 42-45 gr/s. I have EGR deleted in the tuning but does not have the delete plate. I have a S&B cold air intake that ran great for the first year and then started throwing this code a couple months ago. Now that it is getting colder I want to be able to let it idle longer with out throwing the code which disables the remote starter.
I have switched from a oiled S&B filter to a dry one with a sock. I replaced the throttle position sensor (gas pedal). I have had 3 different OEM MAF sensors in it and 1 aftermarket. They all do the same thing.
Any suggestions would help.

I went through similar crap, as have many here. Since you're sure there's no actual problem, I would (and did) modify your tune to ignore it at idle RPM.
