LB7: maf code

last night at the track i threw p0103 twice, when i put the turbo on i put that boost fooler that taps into the map sensor. is this causing the code?? after it set the light the first time i cleand the maf sensor but i set again. it has never thrown that light before so i wondered if the boost fooler was to blame. also do most even use the boost fooler?? i wondered if it was even necessary with efi live??

I'm pretty sure you don't need the boost fooler if you have efi. You can pretty much command as much boost as your turbo can make with EFI. I would just remove it if I were you.

With an LB7? I thought people still needed it. I know LLY though LMM people don't need it.

thanks that is what i was thinking i really didnt think that it was necessary but went ahead and put it on for whatever reason. could it be causing the code?

What charger are you running? You might have to mess with the tuning.

ak5, there were no changes made in the tune when i jumped from the 4094.

I have heard of big chargers throwing MAF codes. So you might have to dink with the tuning.

If he has an aftermarket charger and EFI, wouldn't it be the same approach to tuning as say an 06 with an aftermarket non vvt turbo and EFI? Obviously the tables are different but you know what I mean.

Or am I messed up and should just go and stand in the corner?:buttkick:

B0802 you could try increaseing or use a map and customize it to the turbo
b0806 maxed out?Might try adjusting b0201 B0801 maxed out?
