how does this work^^ $$ wise ?? Do they expire monthly? can you combine them with other offer/discounts? I am 99% sure I am buying a LML in the very near future, I just want to make sure I take enough time to buy the one I want, and just not settle for close enough;) What do you need to get,, for me to get the next supplier discount? BTW this next truck is staying mechanically stock;) Thanks :thumb:

You get the supplier discount and what rebates that are going on at the time. I think there is a info pack I can send have to look when im on the other laptop. I think the rule of thumb is you pay around 4% more then I do. I know most the truck I have looked at with the discount and rebates I would be in the 47 to 48 area and the thing is the higher the truck the more the discount it works out to be most the time. I think the one I gave Mike is good til sometime in 2011. I only get 1 a month and if I use one its replaced on the 31st of each month. I get 6 discounts a year for myself and i get only 2 for PEP cars and trucks but its a killer dealer with the normal discount and another 8 to 13% off and the rebates. Figured I would look at that list and see what higher ups at the plant will take one of the Denali's as a DD for 3,000 miles.

You will want to leave it 100% stock no tunning or anything or you can kiss the warranty good bye.

They said they would work with me to steal buisness, from the other 2 chevy/GMC dealer's in the area I have dealt with in the past:rolleyes: I have never had a great time dealing with car sales men, "Hence" why theres no loyalty to the other dealers I have worked with in the past. I just hate the B.S. 2-4hr time waisting pain in the a$$ it is to buy a new or used vehicle at below sticker. Just give me the bottom line!! If I can afford it I will buy it;) Not the " this is the best we can do" and then they call me 20 times for the next week trying to negotiate, WTF.. Sorry for the rant, talking myself out of it by the moment, lol..:D BTW, I will be trading the wifes Denali in on this if I buy one in the next couple weeks, she wants a car but there not enough money for the trade without taking a big hit on our end. I thought maybe trading up substantially on a new vehicle would give us some more leverage to make a deal? Guess will see;)

I usually write down a $$$ number on my business card that I want to pay with the vin# of the truck I am interested in, I tell the salesman that when you want to sell for that price before all rebates, incentives, etc call me.

I spend 30-45 minutes with the salesman and leave the card.

In every instance they have called me back and made the deal, I usually wait until the last 3-5 days of the month to do this as they want to get to the next commission level or bonus level by the end of the month.

PEP plan trucks is the cats pajamas. Paid 33k for my truck brand new, LS trim, out the door. Unfortunately it's not a system that would work for yourself or non-family.

Sounds good, I will take it if no one else has spoken for it yet? Thanks, Henry

Its yours just have to wait til the 31st or if you know your not going to get one soon and want to hold out for the one you want and someone else wants it for this month we can figure it out. I should make a thread in the Gm spec area for this just wish there was a few more Gm guys to pass there codes out also.

I think they do just have to call I would to make sure or read the fine print

I'm just trying to figure out if I should buy late model used or new. My 02 work truck is getting a little tired. They are offering employee pricing untill the 31 st. How many percent more would your coupon get off?

I put about 200 miles on a lml a few days ago. The ride was a touch better than my lmm, it was more quiet at highway speed. It sounds like a ford when you crank it. They made me a good deal but it didn't seen like enough difference to make the swap. Power seemed to be better from 80 to 100, it seemed to get to 100 easier without having to downshift.

I wonder if it's real employee pricing though? They want close to 60k for a loaded SLT with employee pricing. I think I'll just buy a used LMM, I'm finding it hard to justify a LML even though I want one real bad. Thanks!!

Is that 60k your money or US money. My cost on a truck that stickers in the 61 area would come in around 48k. Give me a zip code I. You area and I will search a truck under my cost and see what it runs.

A loaded Denali lists for around 77K CAN and I can buy for 65K. I can't afford a Denali. My postal code is L7C 3H1.

I went to my dealer here and they have 4 loaded LML crew cab short beds on the lot. :D

sticker on them was 54k for an LTZ 4x4 with everything but nav, RSE and sunroof. There was one with nav and RSE, but no sunroof, it was 57k. I guarantee I could have walked into the dealer and walked out with a loaded LML for mid/high 40's. Which is about what new loaded duramax's have gone for the past 5 years. In real world out-the-door pricing, they have only increased MAYBE $1,500-2000 in the past 5 years...counting inflation, its all a wash.

I dont know when people are going to realize these trucks arent as expensive as everyone is making them out to be. Where people are getting 65k+ stickers I have NO idea.
