I'm running McGaughys drop spindles, hangers and 4" shackles in the rear, turned out to be about a 4/6 drop. I just need to notch the frame so I stop hitting bump stops now.

Thanks man! This was a project I had on my mind for almost 10 years! Only took $9k(includes price of truck) and 15 hours to complete.
