I thinking about cranking my T-bars ALL the way down with my 35s just to see if I can do it.....if so, that would be freaking great.

Just to confirm what has already been posted-

I made 3" lowering shackles.. and with my t-bars all the way down it's pretty level, but you wouldnt want to go any lower in the back with stock stuff up front.

Also the pinion angle on the rear end starts to get out of whack... some have reported running a 5" drop without issues... If I dropped mine much further I'd build some shims to rotate the rear back up.

If you want drop keys you have to go with Mcgaughy's. IIRC the Belltech ones are only for 1500s. You can use the Belltech shackles though. IMO if you are running a 17" or larger rim the best option is drop spindles.

Belltech does indeed have 3" drop shackles. Part number is 6403 off hand I believe. I have them on my truck.

Weird yeah searched the part number and its there...but not in the lookup by vehicle.

Part Number: 6403
Description: SHACKLE KIT, 01-08 GM 1500HD/2500HD/3500HD, 3" R DROP

I have 18"s......You happen to know what the benefits of running spindles over keys would be? Pretty large price difference there.

The spindles will get you lower without changing the geometry of the suspension. It will not bind ball joints or cv's. HOWEVER you will lose a bit of turning radius. Also spindles will allow you to keep the stock keys therefor the ride quality will not suffer.

Alright the pieces are coming together...crappy thing is...I didn't keep my stock keys when I leveled it....same with the damn lower shock mounts but I got those for like 6 bucks a pop.
