Yes, it is 4wd. The plan was for super singles, but I think he had trouble finding tires that were wide enough without being super tall or not a 15" wheel.Sweet:thumb:
4wd? I think some big super singles out back would be cool, and different
This one started as a single wheel 2500.Always loved the look of reg cab dually. Hard to find one around here without a wrecker on it.
That truck actually started life as a half ton gasser. I think that's why the Tahoe front end worked. He said it wasn't such a simple swap on an HD truck. Something about the intercooler and radiator being taller or something.Mant this guy does good work. I like the Tahoe front nose job looks real clean.
They're Nitto NT450s.what type tires are on the truck hes building?
I guess. That picture showed up on CompD a couple of months after he sold it.Gonna be sick

Yes it is. Bumper and grille.Congrats
is that a LML front bumper??
Yeah, the tires that are on it now are only 28" tall. He had a set of tires that were 30" tall, but since it is so low, they were rubbing on the fender when he turned. Now it bottoms out on any little bump so he's trying to sell these and get the taller ones to put back on.Looks sweet but need bigger rims or tires or both.
He already has front spindles. I was just concerned about the angle of the CV axles since the spindles move them up in relation to the steering (I'll see if I can get a pic), but they did fine with 17lb boosted launches and low 1.7 60' times.Very nice. did you have him look into those spindles?
Looks like it's time for a new tranny x-member too lol.
