Lower Control arm bushing recommendations?

I want to replace all the worn-out bushings and ball joints in the front end of my truck while I'm in there installing a lift.

What's the best upgrade for the lower control arm bushings?

Anything available from Kryptonite I'm getting from them, but I don't see that they have a listing for the lower control arm bushings.

They have a listing for the lower ball joints, which I'm getting, but not the bushings, so I was wondering whats the best replacement bushing out there. I would prefer to only have to do this once....

What year? I went with Energy Suspension when I replaced mine. Part # 3.3185G

Edit: Looks like that number covers 01-10. Includes the uppers too

Mine is a 2002.

How many miles have you put on yours? Stock height or lifted? Any off-road use?

Not a ton of miles, maybe 30k over the last 6 years. It's not a daily, no offroad use, stock height. I still have the uppers from Energy in the box because I had went ahead and replaced the entire control arm, so it only got the lower bushings swapped

I used polys in the lowers on my old truck and napa ncp (now ncd) part number ball joints. Readily available and will last a very long time. Make sure you use a good amount of the silicone lubricant on the polys and the sleeve so you don’t get squeaking.

Seems like a good deal considering I can skip out on paying a shop to press the balljoints and bushings in and out, but I don't know anything about the product quality from this site.
