No way this is legit

If that we're me, I would go straight to the doctor and get my nuts snipped to keep the gene pool from becoming more contaminated... :spit:

My thinkings too.. The ball joint looks like it's been that way a while in the pictures judging by the rust. New moogs look new for a while.. Just my $.02

To the op, if this really was you thanks for manning up and posting it. If not, thanks for the laugh anyway!

Well ball joints are the least of my worries right now. Creamed a big buck on my way to work...smashed the grill and bumper, destroyed the trans cooler, rad and intercooler...At least I don't need to drive on the unsafe ball joints now...probably have them delivered before the trucks fixed...

wait..... you still driving on them like that?! i hate to say it but hitting the truck did you a favor before one of those joints let go and you went sailing off into a ditch or another car. Driving like that puts a crap load more stress on the stud and will continue to wollow out the hole it bolts into as well the LCA cause bu no means have you gotten the tapered part of the ball joint stud in the knuckle. then there is the fact you are tearing the shit out of the boot of the ball joint and instead of the joint moving inside as suspension moves up and down, the whole casing is rocking on the arm and the sutd could very well be beating up the pressed in area the new ball joint you ordered would be going into. if its beat up at ALL, you risk the ball joint coming back out as it will no longer be pressed in and held in with enough friction to keep it there.

please stop driving that thing on the road till its properly fixed, it might save someones life/lives

Won't be driving anywhere anytime soon after the deer this morning. Trans cooler, rad and intercooler all smashed. Bumper and grill destroyed and front fender dented. Had it towed to the shop, guy isn't sure if it's going to be a total loss until he tears into it.
