2004.5 lly
Recent head studs and gaskets
Start it back up prime the system
Barley running
No pedal
Low oil pressure light on
And low fuel rail

Checked all connectors check to make sure gaskets are on correct
Have plenty of compression. Which none of this would explain the no pedal

When you clear codes with it running knocks hard then back to doing the above

Did you notice if any of the pins in the bale connectors were pushed back a little too far?

All the fluids where they should be? try disconnecting the FPR connector and see if rail maxes out. Does it have low oil PSI or just the light?

A bunch of random stuff not related is a ground most of the time. When my engine to body ground wasn't tight I had all sorts of random issues, like MAF, ABS, etc going on

If you pull the connector off the FPR and it builds rail fine I would pull and clean all grounds, then start tracing wires and connectors.

yea you would have to really jack something up to do that. Since it builds rail with it off I would say it is electrical. Just a PITA of checking everything again. Sorry I'm not more help, I'm kind of guessing right now
