Drove to town today and didnt get over 2000 rpms or 55 mph went to stop at a stop sign and low oil pressure light came on any ideas

more info please... truck is running fine other wise? no oil on the ground? PCV reroute clean? any work do recently?
Low oil pressure, come to a stop the low oil pressure light comes on, give a little throttle it goes to maybe 40, I just changed the head gaskets, installed arp studs, had the heads cleaned did a remoute mount turbo and put on a electric water pump thats it
When you let off the throttle it bottoms out, mash the throttle a little say to 1700 rpm it goes to about 40

I just went out and cranked it and I was gonna video how it was doing I started it up the gauge went to about 65 stayed there for about 12 seconds and then went to 40 and held at 40 for about 2 min I gave it some throttle it started climbing back up to 60 real steady, then I shut it off I dont know what the hell is wrong with this thing and it dont sound right at idle to me either

I have no idea what happened everything was fine and normal and then boom everything went to shit I wasnt hot rodding or towing anything just granny driving back from town
