Got my motor built, twin turbo(s480 over stock) dual fueled and 40% injectors. 125lb springs etc etc. having an issue down low with my boost say from stop to anything under 50mph. Now if u roll into the throttle over 50% at them speeds it will build the boost and go, but normal driving it rides with pretty much no boost on either in cab gauge. Vanes sound open the entire time. Done alot of logging, frp stays right on with commanded, vane position stays on with desired etc. so I fogged the block to look for air leaks and came up with nothing. Map stays at a constant number on Efi, like 37 or 39, dnt have it with me at the moment, and baro doesn't move on Efi either. Brand new map sensor installed also when I put the motor back together. Anyone have any ideas what can cause this? It's driveabke but sluggish as hell unless u get into it over 50% tps.

Truck is tuned by rob Coddens. I've sent him some logs and he adjusted on maf table some but still didn't help much. Doesn't have excessive smoke or anything, just doesn't have boost driving around town etc and chargers make no noise what so ever, until over 50% throttle.

I logged them but they follow along with desired. They are suppose to be closed just like stock but they open soon as u start moving an stay open? I loaded even a stock tune and they still open when they shouldn't? I'm lost on it

Got a p0238 code. Installed a brand new "supposedly" map sensor that I bought off a guy on the forums for 75 bucks. Anyway of probing the wires to make sure it's gettin power etc? Hate to buy another and it not fix it. Baro sensor looks identicle or the sensor on the stand of the engine harness connections, believe its baro. Any way of knowing what this code points to?

sounds like the sensor isnt wroking right or not the right one i fought this issue i dunno if gm is not making the new ones correctly or not i ended up pulling the sensor off my truck to get a customer on the road again new sensors wouldnt work so found another older one put it on and works fine can you log boost and see if it reads maxed out or nothing at idle?

Turbo boost pressure at idle is hanging around 50.6 avg, if that's the right pid ur wanting? Boost_dma? Map pid sits at 37 mon and max at idle, will not move. Baro sits at 14.5 and doesn't move either. Boost pid shows 37psi at idle. Maf is avg 6.52lbs at idle. Fuel rail is 6857 only 5511 is commanded. But tune isn't adjusted for dual pumps either

I have a log file but it keeps telling me it is invalid when i try to attach it?

Also when in the dvt section of Efi I manually moved vnt target position from 0 then to 100 and nothing changed? The veins do cycle when u first start the truck though, or maybe I just can't hear it bc the big charger?

Not sure on your boost problem, but you may need to turn down the lift pump for the rail pressure issue at idle. Baro should stay at 14.5 too. It is working correctly.

Yeah I put it in open side to the filter. Not sure what it can be, unless the map sensor is bad. Maf was scaling fine in my log.
