Just an update put a new tune in tonight from a another tuner. Truck free revs fine now no pop.

It drives down the road better makes boost a lil quicker but still only 20-25 lbs and is very laggy .

We checked intercooler tonight for a rag or anything for blockage nothing their.

Is it all possible that if builder set valves wrong it could cause this. I'm sending the new logs to the new tuner in morning just thought I would thank everyone for their advice and help so far this is very frustrating and has keep us in shop till 1am the last 2 weeks will be glad when we figure it out and so will my wife lol

We are still trying to figure these issues out . We have checked valves ( they were not set correctly mostly all to tight) truck did not run any different after that. We have the front cover off and check that can was in line with the crank it is.

We did a compression test on passenger side only range from 280-300.

Any ideas what to check next. Truck still will make anymore then 28 psi we have boost tested it too 45 psi held it fine
