I have had all that emissions crap deleted since 10000 miles or so and my mpg is way up compared to the when I had it all on
I would hope so. If I'm going to flush a 100k mile warranty I would want quite a bit better economy. Like 5+ mpg.

I would love to hear what truck broke a crank at 30k miles to.
Negative, it's actually a federal crime to delete any emissions equipment. It will also require a delete software flash and then if GM requests cal info for a warranty repair they will block your powertrain warranty. They may even try to block your entire warranty.
I had no idea it was a federal crime to make changes to my own truck. I just figured it wouldn't pass inspection. Ok, so serious mods are out.... what about air intake or chips? Do they work enough to justify the cost?
Its always been a federal offense even with older trucks with egrs and cats so don't fret that much over it.....its illegal to remove factory exhaust systems gas been since before the dmax was around.
And arneson yep I've been to court twice over warranty on stock vehicles so warrantys don't really mean shit to me anymore
Well it's a good thing you can't see inside my (empty) cat then isn't it! Improved my gas mileage to almost 30 mpg highway in my 4.8 1500 WT 2WD RC LB I'm all about getting the best fuel economy using ANY means necessary! In my opinion, they should work on getting more mpg's before making them cleaner. Are the performance chips and air intakes worth the money in fuel savings?
