I am the original owner of my truck and at 140K miles, have decided its time to do some upgrades.
My ideas are as follows:
(1) Kory Willis @ PPEI EFI Live with DSP5 Switch and Edge CTS2 Monitor
(2) FASS Titanium 150 GPH Lift Pump
(3) FLO-PRO 5" Stainless down pipe back exhaust w/o muffler
(4) Rudy's EGR Cooler Delete Kit
(5) Rudy's Passenger side up pipe
(6) Transgo Jr Shift Kit

Do I need all of this to beef up my daily driver and have some fun? Or what else do you recommend?

4. I really like HSPs egr delete tube, the new style fits great. Profab, SDP, Wherli all make good parts as well.
5. I'd recommend buying an lb7 uppipe off a member here perhaps save yourself a little money.

Good list.

Depending on when you do this I'll have a DRP delete tube and DRP pass up pipe available in 6 weeks or so. That's the kit I chose for overall value. Truth be told I wouldn't bother with a blocker. Leave it off in your tunes until you're ready to yank it out entirely. My egr never opened when turned off and unblocked, towing 15kish.

I wouldn't do a rudys up pipe but that's just me. You'll love the difference with the tunes.

Pm me if you are interested in my kit and I might be able to move my timeframe forward

Transgos a joke IMO, only benefit is a little crisper shifts. I put mine in at 11k miles and at 40k I still smoked the c1's. Just run it til it blows.

This was on a 60 hp tune. Only ran tune 3-5 a handful of times.

The Jr isn't a built trans, but it is usefull. And the Jr had no bearing on your C1's except for 4th gear. It DOES help, but it doesn't provide any great increase in holding power. Think of it as insurance to help your trans live at stock trans power levels for those who can't afford to build there trans right now. When running with the converter unlocked though, it does provide a pretty substantial bump in trimmed pressure.

And once you slip the clutches just 1 time, they'll never hold as much again. You could have slipped them on one of those few times on your bigger tunes, and a stock tune could have slipped them afterwards. And MANY factors can lead to burnt clutches. Hell, I FRIED a set of alto c2's running a mid 400HP tune.
